I want to share the details for hotels and tickets. Lets start with the flight and visa information. Let me share that United Arab Emirates is one of the most expensive visa if you need to take. Altough Turkey is a kind of Middle Eastern country we have to get a visa before entrance. On the other hand, We are located in Europe, many other European countries dont need a visa. It is whole a matter for me after I got the tickets. I bought all flights with Turkish Airlines but Emirates is helping you to get cheaper and easier visa. I book my hotels through www.reservetravel.com. Because I dont have so many choices in Abu Dhabi, I stayed at Sharaton Corniche ($250) which was nice and expensive. You can one of the best deal in that website. In Dubai, I find Al Khaleej Palace Hotel ($125) which is definitely not a boutique Hotel. But we stayed there for two nights, but I guess in Dubai standards, it is OK.
After you arrive UAE, you may rent a car of good brands if you have talent to find you way in this little complicated city. Don`t promise anyone for diner because you got many choices. You will find the best Lebanese and Indian food here. I picked the Lebanese one, Al Hallab. Baklava, humus, fattush and the best kebabps made us all crazy.
Gitmeden otel araştırıyordum, sadece bir gezginci kaldığı oteli yazmış yazılarında, diğer okuduklarımın hepsi sanki Bruj al Arap`ta kalmış gibi kalınacak oteller listesine 7 yıldızdan başlamışlar. Uçak biletini THY millerimle aldım ama 165 TL vergi ödemeden uçamadım, yani miller bile bedava olmuyor. Vizelere de 250TL verdikten sonra, artik Dubai`de alışveriş için hiçbir umudum kalmamıştı. Otele gidene kadar da paranızı çekmiyor, ayrıca 24 saat öncesine kadar da iptal etme şansını var aksi söylenmedi ise. Abu Dhabi`de Sheraton Corniche ($250) otelinde kaldım, parasına değmese de pazarlık yaptığım otelleri gördükçe iyi ki burada kalıyorum dedim. Dubai`de ise Al Khaleej Palace Hotel ($125) seçtim, butik otel diye seçmiştim, minik bir şok yaşadım ama çabuk atlattım. Yine de çok fazla seçenek yok şehirde kalmak isteyenler için. Sharjah`da kalayım demeyin sakin sonra trafikte kalırsınız aman!
